Before the flaming begins I know the best compliment is get to tipped in CASH. Best tip I made was $30 in cash from a $5 uberX just 2 nights ago.

What is your best in app rider notes - to be honest the fact someone took the time to write feedback about your grind deserves to be known.

Drop your screenshots.

I went several miles out of my way to return a middle aged lady her phone tonight. No tip, barely a thank you. Quite entitled beyotch.

I'm done. I told her husband this is why so many uber drivers just toss phone. He apologized for her and was like sorry dont have cash on me make up for her

Next phone gets tossed. I'm done beung a sucker.

Awesome, you guys rock. Doing so well that folks took the time to tell you and type it out.

I've really enjoyed the kind words folks left for me. I try hard to offer good and pleasant service. And I find it heart warming when it is noticed.

At the end of the day, these (pax) are people. And just kinda cool when we can bring a lil happier into the mix.

I got one; "Super cool guy and smoker friendly"

next one.

"Very polite and courteous gentleman. But car had strong odor of tobacco" LOL

Not regularly but a few times weekly in my taxi: "You're the nicest cab driver.. You should be an Uber driver!". Or on rare occasions someone getting out of the cab telling the people getting in that I'm wonderful (or whatever).

But most riders exit sans compliment as I'm just doing my job...right?

But they do tip 90%-95% of the time, usually 15%-20%. My UberTaxi rating is very, very low, however, after hundreds of rides. Hmmm...

I got the "nicest cab driver" the other night from one or two of the girls from Faneuil Hall. I told them my taxi competition is very weak, but thanks. Then mentioned how most men (?) don't wish to be called "nice." That seened to confused them. "Nice guys finish..."

You think Donald Trump would ever enjoy being called "nice"?

One young male pax last night said "Well...this is a 5-star ride!" when I told him I'm hesitant to drive for Uber for fear of potentially always being rated vs. no cabbie ratings to fret over.

BTD, with your extensive knowledge of the city you have absolutely nothing to worry about regarding the ratings. People only rate poorly if you get lost.

This guy I picked up in Allston at 3:30am, drive him out to Bedford, 40 mins. Immediately told me how he was on a 2 day trip of acid and coke, hadn't eaten or slept. He did not shut up the whole ride. Oh and it was raining so he was bugging out seeing things in the windshield.

And I rated him a 1
