Who was shorted? Different drivers were offered different amounts. Are you sure people were shorted?
Many drivers on here reported being shorted. And yes, the drivers who worked towards this bonus know exactly how much they expected to get. My offer was $350, and I only got $250 yesterday. Others were offered $1000 and only got $800

Interesting. I qualified for $350, but haven't seen it yet. I'll keep my eyes out for it to ensure it's accurate. Thanks for the heads up.

I got mine yesterday. $350 dropped in Earnings Activity at end of day marked as Incentive.

But I also noticed just recently they took away sticky surge that used to stick with you at airport after surge subsided, or followed you around as you drive to non surge areas.

Darn those guys, they giveth, and taketh away at will...

Did you ever get the missing $100? My offer was $350 and the full amount dropped yesterday, just curious if your missing money dropped yesterday also?

Yes, I got the missing money. And they renewed the program through April 30th for the same $350
Through January I repaired my 50% AR, my AR went from 74% to 88% on the afternoon of January 31 as the New Year rejects rolled off. So I qualified for and received a payment of $550 in Boston.

I am uncertain whether I can get this $550 again. I see both the rule saying the award is available once, and a display in the app says it is available again if I qualify, so I am confused which statement controls. If I am eligible again, I expect due to my low AR, I again won't qualify until April 30, the last day of the quarter...

Maybe someone can get a definitive answer...

My app has been updated, removing the offer to get the award again.

Nope , mine was $600 , however , would have cost me around 2k to achieve it , it seems as though Uber thinks my service sucks , **** the little twerp programmers View attachment 691225
From my understanding of this picture, you didn’t get back up to Diamond within the time period they specified. So you don’t get whatever bonus they specified to you. The reason I posted mines is because I know Uber quotes one reward to one person and a different reward to others, I think that’s discrimination and unfair practices. And everytime Uber does quest everyone’s quest rewards are different and it should be the same for everyone.
What do you think?

Or it should be more for drivers who have been working longer. Uber never shows their appreciation for veteran drivers. I have over 20,000 trips and the fact someone starting today makes the same has me is so unfair

Because of the way they've set up the payment model, newbie drivers are far more profitable for Uber than veteran drivers. So of course they will reward them.
