Not all. Things probably will reflect the ratio of actually rich people to the rest of us. One Uber Black to nine UberX or something like that. 99 maybe.
Cars will have to be new and really expensive, so they'll be rented from fleet owners, like in most high end car services where drivers cannot afford cars clientele demands.
