Uber is defrauding its drivers. Should I file a lawsuit?

From last Monday to Thursday, there was a quest in Philadelphia. I completed 60 rides (18, 11, 13, 18) and the dashboard even shows "Quest Completed," but I only received a message saying the money is pending and it hasn't arrived.
When I asked Uber, they said it would arrive within 48 hours, but now they're saying I only completed 42 rides, which is why I haven't received the money.
I have screenshots of all the quests.
What should I do?

I from philly. Quests are rare. They did not necessarily screw you. When you hit the target. The money hits the app. If not. Do a few more rides.
They screw us everyday they can. Never or quest pay. You probably started a trip outside of Philly. How many rides did you exceed the bonus 1 or 21... if alot. Than I guess you hot screwed. In 10 years + I never did. I do get it, say on the last 5 rides, New York $,62 Allentown $,45, New Jersey, 50 miles for $37. That's the extent of not paying.
You make me laugh saying you're gonna file a lawsuit. Or could you file a lawsuit? If you're driving for Uber where you're going to get the money to follow lawsuit, that type will lawsuit the money up front. Is requested.

I didn't drive outside of Philadelphia. You're also aware of the bug where you have to drive one extra time after completing a quest to get paid.
I know about it too. I used to do that in the past, but on Thursday, I couldn't because I used up all 12 hours. Yet, they won't acknowledge the bug.

They find every reason they can to screw you over. They have an army of attorneys to battle these types of things. I'd say go ahead and fine a lawsuit if it's economically feasible because they might just settle. But chances are, it will take more time and effort than whatever money you'll get out of it.

If you took rides outside of the Quest area, they should not have counted it in your progress report.
It's very clear to me --- that report says you earned $55. I'd keep going back to them until they pay you.
Filing a lawsuit will cost you more than the $55 you're going after.
