Support services are either contracted out to work-from-home companies that mostly hire fat people that are on welfare, or indians. They all use flow charts and they all try to do as little as possible.. Work from home support agents are the only REAL work from home jobs that aren't STEM telecommute mostly in pharma, legal, and IT..

Literally the only business I can think of that don't do this are HVAC, Electrical, and other low-volume localized service industries..

anytime I have an issue I send a email to ceo and within 24 hours I get a call from the executive customer service team who speaks kick ass English

Stores that are closed. I end up getting screwed with no pay no reimbursement. For the gas that is used to get there . And a waste of my time . I asked to speak to supervisor but was told they were the highest level of support I could speak with.
