Has anyone been able to talk to an Uber supervisor/manager? Or anyone else but the first level support people?
I just took a trip from Charlotte to Huntsville, AL and I didn't know (did you?) that after 4 hours with the same rider the app ends the trip automatically?! So you are to leave the rider(s) stranded hoping that another Uber can pick them up in the middle of the night and continue! I couldn't/wouldn't do that. Oh, and once in Atlanta, where the trip "ended" I couldn't get back Online because I wasn't authorized in Atlanta! So twice now I have asked that a supervisor/manager contact me to discuss this trip. And twice now I have received an email from a first level support person asking me to call the Helpline to discuss the problem(s). ARGH!!!
I guess the "real Uber" is now coming out!
Dm me, I have the ceo's email for lyft and uber. I email them all the time and I get a call back from his executive customer service team.

I got mad at Uber support and he locked my account for it. I called back they said my rating of 4.80 was too low. I call back a gain and I’m told that it’s no reason my account should be locked. The next person said I’m not allowed to speak to a supervisor if my account is locked so now I’m out of a job

sorry I just saw this. I did send you a dm with the lyfts CEO and customer service VPS email.
Did not want to post here because if it's not a serious issue and we flood his email they might take that option away.
Hi. I'm having trouble with the Uber Supervisors. They keep referring me to this "tip" but yet I don't have that app. I've been trying for 3 weeks. I'm new to the Uber forum, so how do I DM you? Thank you. Pam

I struggle with Uber support they all simply send you to another support member a little game they play when they can't or won't answer your question. Most of support are incompetent in their jobs. I always have them for fear of reporting them cut you off. A real problem. There has to be a number for contact of a real manager instead of these support hacks.
