Instant pay debacle

So I've been driving for uber close to 4 months. I've used instant pay plenty of times never had a problem. Currently uber shows I have a positive balance of $102. However when I tried to instant pay myself for had last night it showed 0.00. I checked the detailed info for the day/this week. It shows a fuel charge from my fuel card. But when you do the math I should have a positive balance of 102 just like it shows on my earnings screen. I contacted support and they said I have a negative balance. I don't understand wtf is going on. I'm extremely pissed and over the buckshot of not being able to call and talk to someone. I've paid off all or most of my fuel charges. So why am I being told that I have a neg balance? And if I do why does it show me a pos balance? Have any of you had similar experiences?

This is why I would rather have a case of raging hemorrhoids than an Uber fuel card.

The problem is that Uber does not know how to build back office admin systems that work properly. Bottom line - if it has numbers in it and it's run by Uber, sooner or later it will be forked up and cause you problems.
