Hi All. Sorry this is probably in the wrong place but I have no idea where else to put this.
Since no one is wearing masks now is the seat limit still on for 4 passenger cars? Are they still limited to 3? Is the no passenger in the right front seat still not allowed? ( I am loving that one ) I am taking 4 all the time now in my XL for the lower rate. And I don't know what Uber and Lyft is telling everyone. Thanks, all.

Use the Uber app to try to order a ride and you’ll see that the Uber X is still 3 and still 5 for XL. I doubt Uber is going to remove this requirement until at least September or whenever that national panty mask thing expires. If the airplanes still require masks then Uber will

Boston driver here. Limits are still in place locally. MA lifted it's state of emergency on 6/15/21, however the legislature put in the order that masks are still required on public transportation, including the subway, buses, and rideshare. Uber still requires drivers and pax to wear masks in MA. As a driver, Uber still requires you take a picture of yourself with a mask on before you are allowed to drive. Pax still are required to wear masks and Uber X rides are limited to 3 pax in the back, no rider in the front passenger seat.

Next trip you take, look at the waybill. That shows how many people are covered by insurance.

Take more than 3, get into an accident and you're ****ed like a Kardashian in a locker room.
