Hello. Got the $15 notice. Went out this morning no zone map on app started a ride at Venetian and received no $15 extra. Just the ride basic. Sent Uber a message and the note about the $15. They cannot find this map or about the $15 per ride. They said they would investigate and get back to me.

Per the offer, it doesn't have to be between 5pm and 5 am each night.

The offer says it has to be between 5pm THURSDAY and 5 am SUNDAY. So basically, according to the offer, it's a 60 hour window.

I think it was the same way last year.

Ok now we need drivers who picked up during the 5pm to 5am window to show us ( screenshot ) whether they got paid the 15 or not , since most likely Uber is probably going to try wiggle out of the 60 hr. Window saying drivers misunderstood the offer. Also don’t pickups have be at official f1 pickups?? Or is just anywhere inside the zone? Or is that another purposely vague wording on the offer giving Uber wiggle room.

I got the offer and I too have a heroically low acceptance rate, and actually at the moment I think about a 25% cancellation rate - I got a nasty gram about cancellation rate the other day. So I don't know if that's really what it is or if they just gave it out randomly.

on Uber Eats they sent serious warning letters to couriers that they can be deactivated if they stay over 20%

supposedly some have been deactivated as well

I’m not sure if it applies to rides, but I do have a family member in Vegas who does eats who did get the same letter so it’s definitely legit

Ah, fond memories of their hockey promotion last year, something like an extra $10 for picking up at a game for up to an hour after the event ended. Took two trips, had to fight both times to get the 10 bucks, left all future hockey riders waiting for someone else.

I'm pretty sure they're still waiting for a ride.

$15 is only from 5pm-5am and when picking up or dropping off inside the blue zone (between Tropicana, Paradise, Desert Inn and Sammy.

And the $15 is part of that +$21.47 fare and shows up in the ride breakdown.

You got to know where to go I guess. I did 11 rides that that had the $15 surge in 9.5 hours 🤷🏻‍♂️

So even though I didn’t get the notification either in my inbox or opportunities it does look I’m receiving the bonus in the two rides that dropped off inside the zone, so there’s that. 🤷‍♂️ late afternoon seems to have been turning out good for me and was done by 7pm 🕖 as have been with most days lately
