Endless support loop

I am stuck in a seemingly endless loop with customer support, can any one help please. I have still not recieved any payment from Uber.

(y)My bank account details are correct. (I have tried 3 seperate accounts)
(y)All documents are marked as verified. (I've been asked to re upload my driving licence and have done so, twice)
(y)insurance is in place
(y)my name and address exactly match all documents and the bank statement matches the account etc.
(y)I can open the app, go online and make deliveries, and the payment shows in my uber wallet.

I contact support - they tell me to add account details. I tell them i have done this and its all correct or i one 3 occasions i do as im asked and add the details.

They say add driving licence - i tell them i have already and its showing as approved or twice i have done as asked and added it again.

They send another one with instructions to add a bank account and close the chat before I can reply.

I have tried calling, even booking an appointment at a Green light hub. Nobody seems willing to or capable of helping to resolve the issue. I have funds waiting for payout that should have been paid 2 weeks ago.

Ok so every time you tweak the oayour settings it can actually block you from getting paid for w period of time. This is something that support won’t and or can’t tell you about.

So if you have spent days constantly changing paying settings between multiple bank accounts etc it won’t let you get paid out because you trirggered the account protection system. Every time you change the payout system it thinks the likelihood that you have been hacked increases and it starts or resets the countdown timer. When you stop changing the internal timer has to tick away for s couple days and settle down

if you have a good payout method put in that should work what you need to do is to stop touching it. Then once everything settles down and 48 plus hours have passed since you changed anything then you can probobly take an instant payout. But you might or might not be able to do an instant payout until the first weekly payout goes through.

your first weekly payout might have been blocked from changing payout methods too many times.

why can’t support fix it? Well personally I think they can’t fix it because bad actors would be able to contact support to be able to talk support into helping them to steal your money.

The important thing is that once you have a good payout method working to never ever touch it, like never ever ever.

Yep. When fixed never touch it. Same pay for years, no problems.alot of scammed trying to steal the cash. I never leave my app or cell phone in my car ever. Not for 1 minute.
It gives the bad people a chance to steal my money.
I don't or ever have a cell screen lock. I hate them. Wife has one....I treat my cell phone like a passport.

It is so frustrating, this did cross my mind, but not only have support not explained that to be the case, they continually tell me to update my bank details. They have verified all 3 accounts as I see the soft credit check on my credit file each time they do this.

Thanks for your advice any way, I have decided to give it a week now and just see what happens.

If it is a security precaution thats great, I am glad its there and happy to wait. But why not just add some info to the help section or have an automated email share this information with all new workers at the point of registration.

Since you are new you need to keep in mind that uber support doesn’t have all the information and is more than willing to provide bogus information if they don’t know.
