Does Uber accept any suggestion?

Yes

Yes, they accept suggestions. No, they seldom act upon the suggestions. YMMV.
Also Yes.

A good example:

There's a large event that occurs in a mountain town near where I live. This event occurs every year. Each year, the town closes down the main road and makes it "pedestrian only" then arranges a special pick up location for rideshare. Uber and Lyft adjust the app to direct all pax to the pickup area, even if the pax try to set the pickup spot to the main road. This requires the pax to go to the pickup area.

1 week after the event is over, Uber is still requiring pax to go to the special pickup area. The main road has been open to vehicles for a week, but Uber has not updated. Several pax and drivers message Uber to inform them of the issue.

2 weeks go by. Uber's pickup is still forcing all pax to the special pickup area. More messages by pax and drivers. Including myself at this point.

3 weeks go by. Same story.

Finally, after 4 weeks, Uber is now allowing normal pickup and drop offs on the main road. It took them 4 WEEKS AND PROBABLY HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS FROM DRIVER AND PASSENGERS FOR THEM TO UPDATE THIS.

Moral of the story? Uber are idiots. 🤷‍♂️

Not as bad, but the opposite is also annoying. A state highway in near me recently raised the limit from 55 to 65. Uber still has it as 55. This was years ago by the way. I believe 4 years back they raised the limit. But no biggie right? Except when you get "Have You Been Speeding" messages on a daily basis because they always think you're speeding on this road.....

Luckily those messages don't relate to any sort of consequence other than the Driving Insights where it thinks I'm always speeding because I'm on that road so often.
