Received account deactivated email from Lyft Critical Response team yesterday. Pax claims I offered service for cash. Which is stupid, how do you do that after using the app to connect???
Been over a day and still deactivated. Called Critical Response team and they can't help, now passed to other group.
Pax is probably passenger I reported 1 week ago who left gum on the back of my front passenger seat (a@#hole).
But the fact that Lyft does not support its partners over any false allegation without getting my side of the story or providing any details so I can properly defend myself?? I am done. Will focus on much more popular and profitable (since Lyft lowered ride rates) Uber and Uber Eats.
The fact that our livelihood is that vulnerable and susceptible to any ill willed ne'er-do-well that wants to watch the world burn is scary. And Lyft won't protect us or Stand Together with us.
