Really? I traded in my iphone14 and did not think to LOGOUT of the Uber APP.
apple erased the data, but that does not log you out..
I worked in IT for 35 years, 10 in cybersecurity. I know the process for deactivating devices/equipment. That's what made it so frustrating for me. My account was logged out, app uninstalled then did factory reset before even setting up the new phone.
On the other hand, I just knew it was going to be a problem with Uber. Lyft switched no problem at all.

How do you get this resolved?
To make appointment at Greenlight Hub, you need to be able to Login.
I already tried on-line Support, they just send me a password reset, but you need to Login to do a password reset.
How did you get HELP on this?
 
Cashout Unavailable - We are updating the details of your last trip

I've been starring at this error message for two days now. Support is totally useless and provides nothing but canned responses.
I had been using direct deposit to checking account for months then this error popped up Monday morning. Contacted support and they said I need to approve the text they had sent but I have not received this mysterious text.
Have escalated and was told a "Special Team" would be contacting me. Nothing but silence.
Reached out to User X support account and getting the same run around there too
Please help! Any suggestions are appreciated

I had this same issue about about a year ago..I called Uber Support in the phone and when it asked why I was calling I said payments. I answered a couple of questions and then started hitting zero on my key pad. Finally, I got a representative on the phone and they fixed the issue.
 
may be the issue its the phone got blocked/blacklisted. Try using different device temporary on someone else device and see if log in allows you… if works on another device , it means they blocked ur iPhone for security reason….

i cannot login using their website either, so it not just the new iphone16.? Locked out now for 5 days without resolution.

If you can't login to the App, you cannot use their Uber support Help system to call them. Maybe this was different a year ago.
 
You gotta respond to the TEXT YES.. it does it to me atleast once a week
once the WEEKLY PAYMENT feature is INITIATED, for me on Monday, there may be a conflict if you attempt to use CASHOUT on Tuesday, because the payment is already processing.
Then you get the multiple messages from Uber.
1) Cashout unavailable.
2) text message - requested to withdraw $0.00
3) you reply YES to text message
4) uber replies back "Your new debit card is confirmed, even though you did NOT try to add a debit card.

then it could easily escalate into further trouble when you contact Uber support to try to understand what is happening.
Uber support could interpret some scam is happening and BLOCK your iphone from the account.
then you get another uber message when you try to LOGIN to your account, "Login denied"
Uber Support will NOT be able to fix this Login denied problem in my experience.
I had to exchange my iphone at the apple store for another iphone to be able to Login to Uber.
nightmare.
