I had my first puker this weekend on Sunday and I reported it and received the cleaning fee. I notice that I just received a 2* rating from someone and wondering if it could be them? It seems unfair that Uber would allow a pax to rate me after charging them a cleaning fee, because obviously they may be annoyed and rate me bad. Anyone know if they can? I had great experiences with every single other ride that day.

This is nothing new. If you request a cleaning fee you should expect a 1 star and maybe more. You are lucky rider didn't retaliate and accuse you of driving drunk.
 
If you think it as the puker, and it's convenient for you to do so, and you want to pursue it, you can go to a GLH and point out that IF it was from that ride the rating shouldn't count (180 days of change). This isn't something email/phone support can do.

really? thats awesome.. i cant imagine it being anyone else at all..

well the hub isnt too close or convenient and not sure it is worth the effort but would love to do that. it's just a rating but doesnt seem fair at all. i got the cleaning fee but was a good driver and dont deserve the downrating.
