Seems like uber is not logging the miles correctly. I have driven 20
Mins to a passenger who was 10.5 miles away. I picked him up and deopped at the desired site. But when checked only the second part is logged. The 20 min deive shows like 0.00 miles. Uber support just saying blah blah and no real answer. Have you guys seen the same?

This isn't a bug: Uber only reports miles that were done with pax or food on board - they choose not to report the miles or time to pickup.

They are supposed to show total miles while online driven and time online at the end of the year (as well as miles driven and time on active trips for drivers in California). But whether they report those accurately is unknown.
