Hey guys,
Been lurking a while now, and just recently made an account to join in on the madness that has become of uber. Been driving for approximately 2 months now, so still considered a newbie.
I receive an email stating theres an $40/hr guarantee this weekend (Aug7-9) due to the OutsideLands festival talking place in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park.
In the email it states that i need to:
-Be online for at least 2 hours during peak times(9pm-12am) Friday or Saturday or 1.5 hours during peak times (9pm-11pm) on Sunday
-Complete at least 1.5 trips per hour
- Accept at least 90% of requests
-Begin at least 85% of trips within San Fran city limits.
So my question is: (Mind you guys, i live literally a 10min drive from Golden Gate Park)
Whats the best way to maximize my earnings?
In order to accept at least 90% of requests, could i just give say for example 2 rides per hour and do the "15sec, cancel, do not charge rider"deal for remaining hour to still qualify for the guarantee?
Thanks for your help.
