One thing is certain. He is NEVER a philanthropist. He is just hiding $40 billion+ into his foundation which is masquerading as a philanthropic organisation and is fully under his control and it feeds the money into a trust which is also under his full control.

I don't understand how someone could put that big money into a fake foundation and declare it is a philanthropic one and can be exempt from tax and public audit.
