I thought I'd have another month before the annual background check deactivated me for good but I just got notified half an hour ago that I'd been deactivated.
The reason for deactivation (or how it's worded is not entering into an independent contractor relationship, as if this were the initial screening) is the following:
I know this came up before but has anyone had any success in appealing a deactivation? I thought one of you continued to keep driving after 4 violations/accidents with Uber? Wasn't Lyft the ones who were strict about 3 accidents/violations?

- MORE THAN 2 MINOR VIOLATIONS OR ACCIDENTS IN THE PAST 3 YEARS
