Let's be more accurate. If someone received a Prop22 adjustment, they're working for exactly the minimum payout overall. If they were paid any bonuses for any rides, they gave them back when they got paid. It also means they're working below their potential earnings power for the same effort.

It used to be every other Tuesday, like today, at 5 pm, but they changed it to sometime early on Wednesdays. I usually wake from sleep, anytime between 3:30 am to 5 am, and it's there.
I just realized I wasnt looking at what they owed for the last 2 weeks, I was looking at what they have paid out so far year to date lol.

Prop 22 prevents Uber from paying any ant below minimum wage, which is what was happening before prop 22. So Uber could no longer take advantage of the naive ants but in return, they don't pay out multiplier surge anymore. Prop 22 entices so many new ants that they no longer need to pay high surge. Even for big events, they would still have enough ants to meet the demand.

I haven't been doing rides but I would guess with the insane amount of prop 22 ants a lot of whom auto accept all pings, there's no surge needed anywhere.
I had to stop Avis was charging me 297 a week and all those mysterious toll charges then gas was 200-250..then the California franchise tax board garnished my check to the tune of 25% on all rides it was too much to overcome Uber wasn't paying well..it was too much
