What does Uber Gold mean for deliveries and the account.

I think I have Uber Blue now.

I assume you are speaking from the standpoint of a customer, so the more you order (obviously), the more benefits you will receive (also pretty obvious). But your question is probably more asking, "Hey, for those of you out there that HAVE Gold or Platinum benefits, what exactly do you get?" So if you go to your account section (in the UberEats mobile app), right underneath your picture, you should see your "Blue" status. To the right of that should be the words "How to earn points" and a little arrow ">". You can tap anywhere on that line and you will be taken to your Uber Rewards dashboard which CLEARLY tells you your color status and the number of points you have accrued. Now if you scroll or slide down (theoretically, you are sliding your finger up, but I digress...) you should see either or both the Gold benefits in really small letters (as if they really don't want you aspire to that or anything... Sorry... I get a bit opinionated... which is probably why I'm in this forum...) and you should see a centered "See all benefits" underneath a couple of the items offered underneath the "Gold benefits" section. When you touch the "See all benefits" section, the Platinum and the Diamond benefit sections become readable (if they offer such things in your area). In my area, Gold only offers Priority support (which in my opinion is still standard quality support... Yes, I am bitter...) and Flexible cancellations (which says you can cancel in 15 mins, but on average, I've already delivered their food in wayyy under that time because I'm a speed demon and most of your waiting time is due to the restaurant PREPARING the order).

Hopefully that helped you answer your question - ( I really should've pursued a career in customer service...)

Yes thanks. I doubt I can get to 100 points because UE is so slow here and DoorDash is very busy, and the way DD schedules you, you can get kicked out of your slot for pausing the app too long to do a different gig. Plus is sucks that I get rides to the next city over, crossing a bridge and then it's a dead spot because of their scheduling BS, which in a way if okay because it gives you a chance to make money because not everyone can dash at the same time.
