Anyone who works for any company of a reasonable size likely has a boss who is a multi-millionaire if not billionaire. If you work for a company like amazon, microsoft, or apple, cisco, etc. than your boss is likely one of the wealthiest people in the world.
Don't like it? Don't work for them. They didn't get to be wealthy by paying people as much as they possibly could, they paid them enough for them to do the job they needed. Start your own business if you think you'd do such a great job at it. Otherwise, quit yer *****ing. If you leave uber there are hundreds of people behind you ready to do the same job for the same if not lower pay. You aren't special. Neither am I. And I'm ok with that.

As someone who does Breakfast every weekend while driving, my go to spots are:
Davies Chuckwagon on W. Colfax before Kipling steak and eggs with coffee for under $10
Butcher Block on 38th and Brighton Blvd
Apple Barrel inside Sapp Bros. Truck Stop
Stephanie's Café on 77th and Hwy 6&85 in Commerce City
Country Pride inside either T/A Truckstop

If I'm doing late breakfast, it's Santiago's on Federal.

If you want to remove all Lyft and Uber markings first, you can go to McCoy's on I-70 and Federal, be warned, the cabbies hang out there.

Might have to check out breakfast king now! LOL.
Yeah only a few waffle houses around, unfortunately. When I was a teenager, some of the waffle houses around used to have all you can eat. I was hitting my growth spurt and quite the buffet fan (my parents used to take to buffets at least three times a week because it was the only way they could keep me fed). Since it was waffle house though, you had to wait fo rhtem to bring you food. After a while, the waitress would just stop coming over and even trying to obviously flag them down didn't work. One time the manager said we were taking advantage of the generous offer and said we'd had enough.
When they first started offering it, it was like $4.95, then $6, then $8, then $10, then they just stopped offering it altogether. To be fair, we did eat insane amounts of breakfast food, LOL.
I'm gonna have to ask my pops but i think wobble house(lol as my pops calls it) buffets were an attempt to get Coloradians to try the restaurant. I probably would be a lot bigger if we had them in Alabama.

#1= Pete's Kitchen.... 5 stars. Can get busy but waits are short. Singles have to sit at the counter. Fast service. Great food. Huge menu. (East Colfax & Race. Just west of Walgreens. Free parking in back)

#2= Breakfast King ...... 5 stars. Fast service. Great food. Large menu. Lots of seating/no waits. Parking lot. (Santa Fe & Mississippi. South East corner)

#3= Great Scotts..... 5 stars. Very clean. Great food fast. Great menu. Some wait at peak hours. 10 minutes from downtown. Very nice ppl. Prices are right. (1295 Cortez St. Pecos and Hwy 36)

#4= Tom's ...... 1 star. Gross, dirty, *****y servers, health dept issues last summer, Great place to recommnd to riders you hate. Full of ghetto crawlers, Drag queens and druggies.

#5= Denver Diner....1 star. The worst food by far. Dirty kitchen. Reminds you of airline food. Nasty servers. Slow service. Even the cops won't eat there.

#6= Snooze.... 6 stars!!! Several locations including Union Station. Very pricey. Opens at 6:30 am. Gourmet breakfast fit for an Uber driver that just made bank on a Friday or Saturday night. The very best in Denver.

Thanks for the recommendations. If your taking about places to treat yourself, I'd add Syrup. I've only been to the one in Cherry Creek, but food and service was great, but pricey and overcrowded.

That is also a Syrup downtown and one on York about 18th.

Love Snooze! My loyalty is to the one on Park Avenue and Larimer. These guys are some great people! December of 2011, a lady ran a red light at that intersection. I ended up T boning her. It was snowing out and absolutely freezing. The cop would not let us go inside where it was warm, to do the report. The guys, from Snooze, were constantly bringing out hot coffee to try and keep me warm. Towels too (to use as blankets). So sweet and thoughtful. I was very thankful for them. I ate breakfast and had mimosas afterwards LOL great place and great food !

Breakfast burritos :

Coronado’s (open 24 hrs) on Sheridan just south of 80th Ave

Ralbiertos (open 24 hrs) on wadsworth just south of 44th Ave

Azteca on 120th Ave and york.

Santiago’s (all around town) if you like small burritos that feel like they have been dipped in a bucket of mop water.

Taco Star (open 24 hrs and all around town) have huge breakfast burritos

Best breakfast burrito hands down is a "The Burrito Company" there's one on Santa Fe and Mississippi but the one of 58th just north of Washington is the best one . They actually use real eggs and crack one for each burrito I'll usually ask for them to cook my egg over easy so you get some nice yolk in the burrito . And they're like $3 , whenever I get a ride to the Merchandise Mart I always detour for a quick burrito
Hit the spot on Colfax and 20th is solid
Petes Diner is solid
Toms Diner is a disaster
Denver Diner kinda blows as well but better than Toms
Brider on 17th and Platte is awesome and quick
For something sweet Habit Donut Dispensary on 16th and Platte has some of the best donuts in Denver
If you want crazy cheap , and convenient and weirdly kinda satisfying the Waffle Breakfast Sandwich at 711 is actually surprisingly tasty for $3 (as long as you aren't unlucky enough to get one that was left over night lol)

For some reason I have never been impressed with Santiagos, but they must be good, they have opened up all over the Denver Metro Area.....
That's because Santiagos is f*cking awful and a disgrace . Everyone in Denver hypes that place up I've tried it half a dozen times never has been anything better than "Meh" the first one I had was one of their gas station ones and I threw it out , I gave it a pass since it was from a gas station but honestly the ones I got from their location on Santa Fe and 6th, 20th and Chestnut, Thornton and Littleton weren't much better . I'd rather eat taco bell hell I'd rather eat at Casa Bonita lol

This is by far my absolute favorite place for breakfast burrito! Over medium with sausage and green chili, smothered.

Driven by there early in the morning, wondered about that place

Santiago's is better for dine in, DLX steak, mild or half/half
I must admit, the only time I've ate at Coronado's was on my way home from the bars usually highly intoxicated lol

My favorite Mexican sit-down place is Mexico City. Fried steak tacos!!
