Turns out it's pretending it's a new device on Uber to intercept transmission of trip details.
Uber says not to give your verification code to anyone, but this is what Mystro uses.
Second of all I toyed with the features and it lets one screen out unwanted trips by criteria one sets, but the alert comes through regardless less you want to take it
So really all this app does is auto-accept trips based upon your criteria saving you the trouble of thinking before tapping accept.
It's likely good for high volume areas where a bit of weeding is required.
Switches between Uber and Lyft turning one on and the other off.
I would assume it would log in and bring one back online with all ones app preferences after being kicked offline by the rider app for declining too much, but I haven't gotten that far with it, leary of running afoul of Uber.

Now that I have XL can do some things in the driver app, but some X trips are rather profitable and get me in the door with pax for better paying trips.
