Wondering how long it will take to get this hold removed from Lyft.
Day 1: "I am following up on feedback that we have received from a member of our community regarding your driving safety. It was reported that you allegedly almost hit a pedestrian while driving. This is a violation of Lyft's Terms of Service. As you know, safety is Lyft's highest priority, so we take reports of this nature extremely seriously. Our drivers are also vital to the platform and we'd like to give you the opportunity to respond to these allegations directly. Do you recall any such incident occurring as stated? Can you provide any additional details about the ride from your perspective? Please respond to this email directly if you’d like to provide any additional details or dispute this allegation."
-I responded with YES regarding a crazy homeless person jumping in front of my 3o mph vehicle and that I have a dash cam video to support that.
Day 1-And immediately afterwards I got: "Lyft is investigating a potential violation of our community guidelines and Terms of Service According to policy, I've placed your driver account on hold while we investigate."
Day 3-I guess I am just waiting to hear from them, and I have not provided them that video on purpose, just to see how long it would take them to "investigate", while I keep on driving with Uber.
