I now steer my horny passengers away from Sapphires because the last time I was there the kickback guy was a jerk.

Every time I've dropped there, the routing was the same -- park the car, walk the passengers in, show my ID at the teller's window, sign the receipt, collect $20/person.

Then one day I go in with four passengers and the metal detector guy tells me I have to get my kickback from some dude outside in a wooden shack. So I go to the shack and the guy in the shack is a total assmunch to me. Says that I'm supposed to drop the passengers at the front door so my car can be recorded on video, then park, then go see him in the wooden shack. I told him I always did it the other way. He gets all biatchy and says the rules are different after 6pm. Well, excuse me! How am I supposed to know? When I started Ubering I didn't get a copy of The Pervert's Guide To Vegas mailed to me with instructions. Maybe the cabs do, but I'm unfamiliar with the customs of flesh peddling. When he finally gives me my money he says, "I don't have to do this." Well, you know what? I don't have to bring people to your smut temple, either. And so I don't anymore.

Which brings up another point. Someone mentioned here recently about tipping the kickback guy. For what? When I tip a waiter, he doesn't tip me back.

The strip clubs are paying us to bring them customers, because 90% of the time the passengers don't care which club they go to. That's the quid pro quo. I bring you people, and you give me money. End of story.

I tried to tell these bozos that they don't help themselves by tipping the doorman (most are assholes), If you stand around and listen to them you would hear what kind of dicks they are.

LOL Palomino....Took 4 guys there a couple of weeks ago....As i drop them off I notice they know a guy standing outside. I park to go get the $. When i get inside door guy says you dropped off 5. I say no, only 4. I know nothing of a fifth. He calls one of them to the booth and proceeds to give them the riot act over if they drove themselves or Dropoff. They were not willing to pay the inflated cover so they all left at the same time I did. Outside one of them asks me what I said to gt them kicked out. I politely said I told them the truth. In the end this kickback racket is a joke. Be glad you got anything if that's the case. I hope they walked home, but I bet once I drove off the Palomino folks probably ran out after them to invite them back in.

I had a similar situation a few nighta ago. Dropped off 2 couples, they took their time going in I ended up driving around the block which takes about 5-10mins.

The cashier tells me to hold on and says to one of the bouncers, "I told them if thet lied about driving themselves she'd kick all 4 of them out.

And thats what she did, after asking me to ID them as my pax. Before they were brought out I asked her for confirmation, "So I'm pretty screwed on thd commission from this drop?", but she says she'll stil pay me for some as I think some cover was paid.

In the end I got a $40 kickback ($5+$5 tipped back) and when I was leaving the pax were outside, I said sorry guys didnt know that would happen.

I offered to drive them back to the strip off-app (as I had 6hr mandatory downtime right after I dropped them originally) and they gave me $25 cash tip at end of ride... Their destination was the Chevron next to Crazy Horse 3, lol.

So still made $55 cash which paid for gas a meals next couple days.

They wanted to cheat your commission, and in fact they don't care about your tip at least they don't remember as they have so much.

I drove two couples from Green Valley Ranch to Spearmint Rhino for a 50th birthday. They told me they called and asked for a limo but they didn't have any available. They told me the club told them to have me drop them off in the back. Do you not get a kickback in that instance? I asked a lady & a guy at a podium outside where they walked in and they told me I don't get anything. I've never gotten a kickback that was my first ever customer drop at a strip club. Seems I drive employees almost nightly. I thought it didn't hurt to ask as I was aware most clubs pay kickbacks but didn't know how it worked. Should I have gotten something? Just wondering. The birthday boy did give me a $50 bill as a tip which is still my biggest single Uber tip so all was not lost.

U can't get kick back anyways, they are local and free to get in. Your passenger is nice. Rhino is nicer to sapphire.

Used to love Sapphire until recently they stiffed me or changed the rules at sudden. I'm one of their promoters. Had 5 guests picked up by the club, their party bus. The deal i known was free pickup to the club, guests get free cover and i get $20/ guess.
Then they wanted to charge $25 per guest.
Called Sapphire right away asked what was going on. They said they changed rules rcently.
Guest called me back and told them F it, don't go to that club and i apologized for their time.

Download the kickback app it has them all listed with payouts. Sophia's pays good now, more than Palomino and not as far so easier to convince Pax.
