Why does Uber make it so hard to reach a LIVE person. I never received a check for my first day (last day of pay period) with Uber. Also the app became stuck and I could not close the trip. Piss poor customer service. I want my money! It is MY frickin' money. Is the money not suppose to be deposited into account on Thursday nights? How do I send the phone back? I have no idea why anyone would want to work for a company that fails to pay. Lyft, here I come. Uber, let's litigate. Would love to expose you. Anyone interested in class action?
