Did a delivery yesterday and when I looked at the delivery payment, I almost puked. Uber, even after lowering the pickup fee, lowering the drop off fee, lowering the time rate and slightly increasing the distance rate STILL WERE PAYING US MUCH LESS than they were supposed to. Nope. They paid you exactly what you are due. $4.71 for 18 minutes of your time. Not bad at all. It's more than minimum wage.

 

No it's not. Pickup fee is now $1.40, I was paid less, dropoff fee is $1.00, I was paid less, distance rate is less, so too is the time rate

 

Did you contact Uber Support? What did they say?

 

Still waiting for a respond, since yesterday....Opened another one this morning because the same thing is still happening, incorrect pickup, delivery, time and distance fees...
