Welcome to the forums Vic ... Your rating is based on the last 500 rated trips you have ... therefore at the moment you don't have 500 rated trips and your average rating will fluctuate until you have 500 rated trips. Just remember as Uber says ratings are a two way street. Rate your customers appropriately and as you become more experienced you will develop your own reasons for rating customers.

My advice on ratings and badges is don't worry about them. With feedback read it and just be aware that someone in this case didn't like your driving style. I would suggest from this feedback just take your time driving don't be impatient to get the customer to there destination as there is no benefit for you. Drive stead and smooth it actually reduces your running costs and that's is important if you want to make a profit ubering.

Passengers don't like sudden movements in the car as they lose there place on what they where reading on their phone

 

Thanks for your advice, the thing is traffic maneveure is such a general information and you don't know what it is about. Anyway, you can't make everyone happy, I'll just move on with it.

 

Only when Uber actually start rewarding high rating drivers with cash incentives will I obsess about them.
At present Uber insidiously use the stupid system to try to brainwash drivers into bending over backwards to impress the pax.
