Interesting,,, If your waiting for a hiring in an area where uber does not have an operators licence are you illegally plying for hire ?? Uber have brought in there big billy lawyers. Appeals expected if uber lose. Not sure if reading would as they have tax payers to think about.

I was at the Sikh temple in gravesend at a friends funeral parked up sitting in the galaxy and local enforcement officer accused me of touting . I told him where to go .i said dont u think I am wearing a black suit and tie for a reason .
