Not to play Monday-morning quarterback but another reason for interior DashCam. Even with it you're probably SOL in this case. Sorry man but good luck anyways. At least the pax rating was changed to a 1! lmao.

Actually, this would/could be the best way to prove passenger turned up OP's radio too loud. Send the dashcam footage with audio to Uber. Not saying OP has a dashcam, but another good reason for drivers to have them. Also helpful for passengers slamming doors and throwing out the alignment of the door.

I have a mute button on my steering wheel for my sound system. If a passenger ever reaches their hand (and they can be pretty fast at the draw on that) towards my dash, my thumb hits the Mute before their hand even gets close to the radio.

Then I say, If you want it louder, ask and I will turn it up...

Sometimes the loud music is better than listening to Them.

Yup...anytime I have those wanting some 'party' type loud music I slowly crank it up. Keeps them happy and distracted.
