I know one of them is across from Terminal A on the top level but do we pickup at the arrival area also? If so can we wait for a for ride if we dont have one.

All pickups are from the upper departures level at Terminals A, B or C.
C is a bit of a nuisance as you have to go round a maze inside the parking structure to exit.
Passengers seem to know that Ubers are not allowed to pick up in arrivals.
There is a waiting lot for drivers, I've never been there, why would you surround yourself with losers waiting for shit rides offered by garbage criminal scum?
