Hello I am moving .. not too far and I don't have furniture just bags of clothes and other essentials . I believe it can all fit in a Lyft xl and one trip would be sufficient. I will be tipping cash. I just feel like this is something a driver should know ahead of time and have the choice to take this job or not. Any drivers in Las Vegas willing and able to transport my stuff and me to my new place either tonight ( Fri 10/25 or Tmrw sat 10/26? ) I have everything packed you won't have to lift or carry just drive. I am happy to load and unload quickly as to not take too much of your time ... The only piece of furniture I have is one desk chair . If it can't fit I'll leave it. Pls text if you're available to help me 725-295-7292. I am moving from roughly Harmon and University Center to Bonanza and Las Vegas Blvd. Unloading will be done from your xl lyft right to the driveway of new house then you're free. I will make this as easy as possible for you I just appreciate you taking me and willingness to transport for me . I hope to hear from anyone willing to help ! 🙏🏻

Your best bet is that a driver will contact you that has a pickup đź›» truck and do this off app. But to be fair I would think any of drivers would be asking at least 50 dollars ( realistically) or more and any xl drivers doing this on app would require at least 30 or more ( realistically) dollars upfront to properly compensate for time while the loading/ unloading process will significantly take their time while they could getting other rides . Again realistically but this just my take.

Actually that's not true. I would consider it if I read that ahead of time however that would not be the case. I helped a lady move to Budget suites once and she walked away without paying.

When I told the driver manager about it he said " That's on you were not a moving company I would have told her no"

If I would have done that and she complained he would have written me up for not picking her up.

That's why most experienced taxi drivers here won't pick up dispatch calls.

There is also Home Depot rental, but my experience with rental options is you get screwed on the mileage unless they've changed that.

If you go the XL route you should immediately cancel if it is not a minivan as cancellations within 2 minutes aren't charged a fee. The other XLs are a lot smaller than they look. I see guys cancel all the time when riders have too much luggage.
