Yup, since the rate drops there has been more pax but 1 out of 10 is a long one. On Saturday I spent 3 f@#$ing hours through downtown traffic to move pax 5-6 blocks.
Took a couple from north park to the bay front and the nightmare started there.
1: from the Hilton bayfront to the stadium. They could of walked the bridge and got there in less time. Plus with all the street closures I had to drop them 3 blocks away. Usually I wouldn't have a problem with this but instead of ¢20 min its ¢10.
2: pin dropped at the stadium, really m/f you can't see the closures and I talked them into walking to me on 5th and K. drop off... 5th and Ash, where they parked their car.
3: hit at the 4 points on 1st and ceder... Going to the tipsey crow 5th and f... F@#$! That took like 15 min.
4: get a hit from 5th and F... But I was on the opposite side of the street so I had to go to 4th and swing it around. took 15 min to go around the block. Destination ... Fluxx 5th and island. 4 pax super wasted girl on the front flops out her nasty tit and says does that look like a Hickey to you? Nope looks like a nipple! 5 stars saw a tit.
5: hit two blocks west from fluux... Cool I'm going the opposite way another 15 min to move 3 blocks. They live next to the stadium J and 10th, f@#$ again. streets are still closed 15 min to move 6 blocks.
6: oh thank god a select... 14th and island. Customer calls and tells me to start the meter, as soon as I get there. no problem! Wait 5 min across the street get out the car and stealth piss. Destination 1 mile 24th and island. Well at least it's away from downtown.
7: as I drop off hit form 24th and dewy in to south park... Good away from downtown. Get a second ping from as I'm dropping off... Hmmm not many drivers out here. Pick up the pax...
8: s#$% going to 5th and island, 25 min 3 miles.
9: hit, 5th and market I prayed a little to be out of DT. Nope double tree on front St. 10 min. Traffic was getting better.
10: last hit 1st and Ash to ocean beach thank you Lord!
