Almost ran over this idiot in the pen today. He Was actually hanging out by the tree when I came in. Guess he didn't get the memo, the tree has lost its magic. Wrapped around the pen to do my visual drive by. Then he started walking down the middle of traffic with his head buried in the phone. Just clueless. Why does uber onboard stupid like this? Imagine him driving people around with his head buried in his phone. I bet he's a 4.5 or lower. If drivers behave like this and just impede traffic lanes, we can't blame passengers for doing the same thing. What do you guys say???

I disagree as well. Curb and second lane is pick up and drop off.

I have dropped off and picked up in the 2nd lane in front of laxpd. No problems. Plus curbside sucks. Always get stuck in there.
