What some of you think "tolerant", others call "complacent"

Or worse...

PS but most importantly it sends the wrong message from us collectively. MAXIMIZE your kickouts. Kick out ANYBODY who gives you the faintest trace of a good-faith reason to curb em. Retake the bridge, be the lone and sole authority in charge of your own car. TRAIN EM TO UNDERSTAND. Make them ACCEPT IT, automatically, as an unarguable fact...

Instead of this "oh but my other uber driver..."

Exactly... I booted one the other night because she was rude and would do it again in a heartbeat.

I'm not putting up with anyone's crap anymore, so many pushover drivers out there letting the pax say or do whatever they want just to earn a stupid star.

I don't need this gig to survive

Careful... I believe it was last month an uber driver got stabbed or stabbed a pax after heated situation, and driver let pax out in the pouring crocodile tear rain.

I try to sense initially before sliding the start trip. Better safe to get it canceled on their side before even starting the trip, you driving off safe, if worse comes to worse. -esp lately with the decline in quality all around including punching and stabbing and shooting on the regular.
Honestly I don't think it matters wheater we kick them out before or after the trip starts, if they are the type that would assault a driver they will do it either way. The best thing we can do is not escalate the situation. Uber also needs to take measures to protect us by booting the nut jobs from their system.

Drunk lady treating me like I'm her slave= GTFO
Lady starts to smoke in my car= GTFO
I retired from this gig, but had no problems kicking someone out
and I also made sure they saw the pepper spray in my hand.
So Two in ten months, not to bad...

Paxhole is going to give you a low rating no matter what. You need to contact Uber immediately and say the pax was combative and yu feared for your safety. You want that paxhole banned. I;m at the point where I try to get the pax banned just for saying they are in a hurry. It is a safety issue. They are telling me to hurry. As far as I'm concerned they should not be allowed to say they are in a hurry. It is irrelevant. Their being in a hurry should not alter my driving behavior. So they should be deactivated and every rating they ever gave any driver in the past should be purged.

Even if Uber is not doing this we should all start rumors online that Uber is cracking down on bad passenger behavior, Put the work out nline that passengers are being banned left and right. Make your passengers think that drivers have the power to get passengers banned with one phone call. It doesn't matter if it is true or not if the public starts to believe this. Look at how much false information passengers already believe. Make them all think that they risk being banned from Uber anytime they upset a driver. All we care about is that they change their behavior. If they think they risk being banned they will behave. Threats are the only thing that will keep them in line. So it really doesn't matter what is true, it matters what they believe.

You can cancel any started trip ,as long as it's within 1st min of the ride and pax won't be able to rate you.

All of these options are still available within 1st min of the ride .
So you end the the trip(swipe red button from left to right) right after you start the trip and you will be able to see those options?
Because when I click on cancel button when the trip is in progress it won't let me cancel the trip.It said end the trip and asks for fare adjustment.
So how you do it?

I have over 2 years with Uber. kicked out my first pax barely like 2 months ago. And on sat i beat up my first pax. I broke his jaw. So now that you kicked out your first pax, the beat down is next.

We will eventually get tired of the abuse by Uber and Uber pax. No tipping policy leads to abuse on all ends. Uber by telling pax that we are unworthy, which leads to pax treating us in like manner and the driver eventually saying, "enough is enough, this is my car and i demand respect!".

That was before ( within 1 min ending it) probably still works ,now just go to menu > cancel >and all theses options pop up( again has to be within 1st min of the ride),after that it says trip in progress .

This morning I lost my virginity in kicking out a pax.

Had a stacked X request to 2917 W sunset Blvd to a pax by the name "this.shot.50" or something along those lines (I'm putting him on blast because I want you guys to avoid him). That should have been a red flag but pickins are slim and I couldn't pass up on a boost fare.

So after I arrived I parked right next to the pin and a chubby bald Mexican guy got in the rear passenger side. Right after he got in, he said I'm at the wrong address and I made him walk in the rain to get to me. Mind you he was coming from a shopping plaza with like 20 stores and I'm parked in front of them on sunset next to the pin. Then he went on about how all uber drivers get it wrong all the time and how unprofessional we are. My instinct was telling me to cancel right then and there but I wanted to be the bigger man.

I started the trip and he was heading towards Hollywood. He then tells me to go east on sunset the opposite direction (another red flag). While I'm driving he still went on about how none of us uber drivers are fit to drive unlike taxi drivers who have to pass tests to get their licences. So I told him he should have ordered a taxi and he should stop complaining because "you get what you pay for". I also told him that he should not expect limo style service while paying pennies for uber.

Then he started directing his insults directly at me. So I told him to stop insulting me, then he told me something along the lines of "to shut up and drive". I'm a patient driver (never kicked a pax out before) but this guy tested my patient like no other pax ever before. So I parked my car into a random lot and told him to "Get the f.. out of my car". At this point I thought I was going to get punched or stabbed. Because he looked like one of those "cholo" guys and mentally unstable. Thankfully he exited my car without drama and he started recording me while I drove away. Before ending the trip I peeked at his rating and he got a 4.3 (god knows how he managed to maintain such a rating).

Reported him to uber to ban him (hopefully). Also noticed my rating dropped.
Hello Comrade - sorry that you had such a bad experience. Something we drivers need the thickest of thick skins. While most passengers are nice and respectful, we do encounter those people who look at us as if were second or third class citizens. They have no idea who we are. We are educated and have had great careers. We are just starting out and can find a job that we spent 4 years of college to get. We are so many things beyond just drivers.

Or hey... "Yo girlie, seen the news lately? Background checks are a joke. So YES, you are messing with some random 6'2" foreign unemployed dude, in his car, at night....and guess what, Ubers got an official NICKNAME feature, so thats not even my name. Maybe. Probably. Do I look AngloSaxon? Thought so.

And even if Im actually a nice guy, this sh!t is distracting me, makong the whole thing inherently dangerous even without any particular action on my part.

So uhm yeah...make safer choices, perhaps?"

Uber does not have the power to ban users. Their is no true identity of pax. They can make another email, another nick name, another credit card.
