Alright
hope you not reduce your life too much for driving Uber, now I know what you talk about.
Make 30-40 per hour without traffic,it's only happens on 5-8am with surge, and you must be speedy drive your car with rider all the time.

Sorry we're suck,we only can drive when the time everybody come out to drive ,so make no money only average 20/hr

haha in usa...your pay is no to brag about compared to other big citys .
here 2 days work
Just wondering the photo you post,
769 in two day?
There's bar showing you make 220 on Saturday and Sunday about 180, 220+180..how could be 700?
You you you.....gotta check everything's right before upload the photo

Wth here is 3 more.
Clearly I picked the wrong season to call you out about earnings. I remember those days during RIMPAC. RIMPAC only happens for a 3 month period every 2 years, so next year will not look like that. My numbers looked like that during RIMPAC when I was there.

Also, you just admitted that you're averaging $20 hr since end of Summer. That is the average in Honolulu with the exception of special events and holidays.

Rim pac was late July. Sorry that doesn't effect June nor July.
As for $20 hr well that's cause of the hurricanes and the media telling everyone the entire state was under lava. Last week tourism picked up and we are back to 25+. Wednesday 2 hrs $58, today 2.5 hrs $77. As of right now half the city is under a surge. 1.6-2.2.

Proof or it doesn't happen. I want to see multiple weeks with numbers like that. I can assure you days like those happen around holidays and for newbies.

I want to see multiple screenshot at least 4 weeks in a row
I agree. Those kinds of earnings cannot be consistent.

I'm looking at an earnings survey of drivers around the country. And it really surprised me because they had Hawaii as the top-earning market in the country! They say drivers there are making over $25 an hour on average. But they also said they didn't have that many drivers to go by.

Just curious... does that sound about right to you guys? Or is it way high?
I average $20-$21 per hour on a regular basis.

Maui is similar. Over all ~$25 per hour for X. Some days I've made up to 50 and other as low as 15 but averaged over the week it's consistently about $25. On days that are slow I log off and enjoy the day, on busy days I keep working until the pings stop.

Maui is awesome for long trips. It's totally built for it and airport access was a game changer.

8 of 10 long trips get a return trip. It works out good if you live by the airport. Although there were days I wished I lived in lahaina

Hi

Are you talking XL or Uber black?

Be careful doing the math.
Uber shows you what they will pay you out but this is not what your are making, you have expenses.

Don't look at one day, or one week.
You might get lucky on a busy day.
But it is irrevelant if you made $100 the first hour and $2 an hour the next 20 hours.

What's important is what u make on a long run.

Look at two months, three months.

Add the amount you made .
Minus the gas. Gas takes $3 an hour right there.
Divade by all hours you drove those two months and you will probably see around $18-$20

Now that $20 an hour really means you making $13- $14 an hour.

You going to have to pay income taxes and GE tax on it and health insurance.

Your car looses a lot of value very fast because you putting a lot of miles on .

Do the math.

It is like hiring a painter , paying him $20 an hour and have him pay for the paint and brushes, and all the taxes.

City bus driver starting salary in HNL is $21 , he gets health insurance, and doesn't spend money on gas or anything.

Just get a real job , don't waste your time.

I drive it because I have another job and need money but am not getting into this illusion I am making more than $15 an hour.

Safe driving.

Post more screenshots, let's do the math.

But you have to specify if u driving XL or X or black.

Thanks for reading.
Be safe out there.

Let me see some screenshots of XL drivers.

Thanks

Hono
Your screenshots came out to:
$1411 for 45 hours which is impressive

$31 an hour

Did u drive XL?
Black?

How much do you think you spent on gas?

WTF?

So he should "get a real job" like you. (Because that works so well that you need to drive Uber to make ends meet?)
