Hi guys need some advice i am always polite to customers but my rating doesnt go above 4.77 any tip to hit 4.85 so i can upgrade to exec or lux.

If pax get mouthy give some back keep you integrity in tact.
They respect that.
If you notice rating going down go back on trips and start handing out 1*
for some reason Uber starts increasing your ratings.

As soon as I hear "Are you using Waze" I get very frisky.
A. Driving at night and knowing my way there is no need for Waze ever. B. Question like that suggests rider only trusts Waze cause has been taken for a scenic route before, polite information on major roads I intend to drive through and the whole issue disappears. C. This rider is still getting low ratings cause I simply despise this stupid question and patronising approach.
And to the extra stroppy ones I politely inform that my rating of 4.87 consists of over 6k trips. if I was bad navigating I wouldn't have good ratings, right? Simples. 5 stars to me, 1 star to them. Uber x by the way

Just continue to do what you are doing, if you have a good acceptance rate and a good amount of five star trips your rating is not looked at as hard as new drivers. And it will come up or level out. That's all you can do my friend.

I don't work for Uber no more but ratings are not important I was 4.4 2 half years ago that was lowest allowed then they raised it to 4.5 then 4.6 which I think it is now but my rating when I left was 4.58 if your ratings drop they just e-mail you warnings if they paid me more or gave me bonus money for better rating I would give water and gum but they don't I took themfrom A to B in one piece that's all your job should be on x or XL rates.

Thanks for all ur replies... but i am not after 5 stars myself just wanted to know hpw to hit 4.85 to get qualify for exec platform... thats all want to progress dnt wana get stuck in x platform i wana go in clean work...

You still dont get it mate you will loose money working on exec cause yourmain jobs will be UberX
My mate joined exec for a month, he sold hes Prius and bought Merc after that he said it was the biggest mistake he ever made, he used to get perday 3 Uberfool jobs 11 UberX jobs 1 Exec job, so do the math

I agree but cant i go straight on lux that why i will only get exec and lux jobs plus i am trying to join big chauffeur company or get operator licence

big chauffeur company....hmm most big chauffeur companies are employing company car drivers who do the best jobs for them....owner driver get the scraps unless you have been in the game for long time and know the controllers also you need to have private clients if you consider lux. you can't be driving a 50000 pound car if you don't have a clue most likely you will end up bankrupt or sleeping in your car

Problem is being unskilled there os no other job which pays good to switch over too otherwise i am fed up with trade
