I accumulated a 4.99 rating recently and today I picked up my last rider who was rated a low 4.73. She gets into the vehicle confirms her name and destination, I drive to the drop off location with no hick ups, she tells me to have a good evening, I return the pleasantries, she leaves and one minute later I notice I've been given a 1 star and dropped to 4.98. I did nothing wrong at all. I took a chance in picking up a low rated rider today and this is how I'm rewarded wtf. Screw these backstabbers. Cherry pick and never give any rider 5 star rating. Every rider is a potential two faced, negative rat ass.

Bear thinks it should be five questions that make up the overall star rating:
for ants:
for pax:
The simple up/down rating could work in most markets but bear's market is so small that bear gets repeat pax all the time! So if bear wanted to rate three stars (as a mild warning to other drivers) but drive pax again (because bear does not care all that much), bear currently does not have that option. For example if a pax rants about politics (bear cannot vote) and was slow at pickup; in the middle on the day when bear is on a quest bear does not care, but bear would care during a surge! They deserve a three but if bear rates three bear never gets them again, which bear might want at Monday at 10am (don't ask about yesterday

- service
- navigation
- drive again?
for pax:
- prompt (pickup, stops)
- did not dirty or damage vehicle
- not insane
- complied with applicable seat belt law
- drive again?
