Out of my book of nothing surprises me these days comes this. The dumb shit uses Uber app, assuming on his credit card, to get a ride then he thumps the driver for a phone. I didn't see in the article that the dummy used a weapon but in Iowa, this would get him 10 years and he would serve a bunch of those years. 10 means nothing in Iowa. Neither does 25. So why bother?
