It says must drive for 160 hours...

I was online for 5.5 hours last night and calculated my "drives" to only 2.5 hours...

So do i have 2 hours or five? I haven't received the emails yet so just wondering if anyone that has, can explain. Please.

The Guarantee game is about meeting the minimum requirements. So, for example, today there was a Guarantee from 7am - 11am. You have to be online from 7am-11am AND you must complete 6 trips minimum to receive $26/hr from 7am-11am. Now, just because you complete six trips doesn't mean you can turn your app off. You have to stay on and sometimes you ACTUALLY make $26/hr in gross fair, which is really $20.80/hr when you deduct Uber 20%, or more if you get surge price trips. If you do not meet the minimum you keep 80% of fare that you accumulated from 7am - 11am, which most of the time is crap money.

Here is the trick: You must have an 80% acceptance rating, which means you should probably not cancel and if you do cancel you have to compensate for said cancellation. Make sense?

Dude, that guarantee they are offering you is so ****ed up! That is way too many hoops to jump through in order to make that kind of money.

You have to work weekdays peak hours from 6am-10am and get a trip every hour and back at it again from 4pm-8pm. EVERYTIME YOU LOG IN IT SHOULD BE IN THE BEGINNING OF THE HOUR AND YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE ONE TRIP EVERY HOUR. What happens if you don't complete one within the hour? It is highly unlikely, but it could happen.

Whatever you do, do not cancel any trips unless you know how to compensate for that cancellation. We got a lot to talk about on this acceptance rate issue.

Do the best you can with this guarantee until you get the regular guarantees. This is the worst guarantee I have ever seen. My apologies, my man. It is doable, but it can be daunting if you have never done this.
