I got 10 rides last night. It was pretty steady for me. I learned something yesterday. Avoid the condo ducks in Yonge and highway 7. Assholes.

 

As usual I did great ...all uber

 

It was a decent night..
I dont follow the ants..

But overall Saturday was slow still
Uber was surging with no pings

Went home early enough sleep and now doing my Sunday morning driving

 

working from home taking only x and lyft no pool or shared

 

Yesterday was complete garbage and today will probably be even worse... Waiting it out till tomorrow morning... hopefully all the entitled Lyft passengers will use their promos up this weekend and then it should be good on Uber tomorrow

 

I did okay last night working ALL suburbs. Still plenty of ants but nothing like downtown.

Had family obligations all day which I had to drive 250 km for. Only started at 11:15 pm. Did $145 and home at 4 am. Not amazing, but not bad...

 

Last night was one of my best nights ever. 11pm-4am, $335 gross. ZERO downtime due to stacked pings -- which I am not a fan of, because I cannot see PAX's rating, but last night, with only one exception in 21 rides (nearly all of them >$10 per, partly due to prime time), everyone was cool and sober, and very generous on the tipping front. $35 in tips last night (included in total), + $12 streaks, + a couple shared $5 cancels.

My rating even went up a bit, from 4.97 to 4.98, as I wash off those last few 4* ratings from earlier in the month.

Was expecting drunk corporate-Xmas party crowd, but everyone was really chill.

$1 in electrons, $8 in gas were my only expenses.

Totally agree! Yesterday was my second or third best day ever. And this whole week turned out to be my best ever IIRC: but with one footnote: $150 came from a cleaning fee and $15 from 407, for a total of $655

 

Even without the cleaning fee that's pretty good.
