I've been in Lyft limbo for nine days following a Safety & Trust violation (probably bogus, I'd one-starred a bratty rider the previous night). Presented my side of the story immediately, which is not easy since Lyft doesn't even clue you in to who your accuser is.
Was very detailed in my report and haven't heard a word back since.
I've emailed Lyft every day and this morning went to the dashboard on my PC and came upon my status as "deactivated?" Is this the death knell it appears to be? Or is there no "in-between" status between active and deactivated to indicate an investigation is under way?
