A deer committed suicide on the door of my car a few weeks ago. Not while driving uber. I took it in to get looked at and was told 5 days. I had company coming for a week so I got them to do the job. On day 4 they found more damage and it added a week and a half. Called today and suddenly more damage was found. By the time I get it back, I'll have lost $3-4k in revenue. Is there any recourse I can take?

Try sueing the deer's family. Was the deer on one of the gig apps?
