When I register at Costco, it keeps saying,
"Currently access to your membership is not available, please try again at a later time. If you need immediate assistance, call 1-800-774-2678 or visit a Costco membership counter."
When I call that number, they ask for membership ID.
I went to actual costco guest services. And they also say that Uber needs to provide a membership ID number. What to do?
