Felt like driver need to get together and start a strike for good it’s shyts getting a lot worst now if it keep goin on like this drivers will be working for nothing real soon non stop bs offers and they pocketing most of fare and fake surge also hiding surge from driver but high surge for themself very f-up pretty much drivers and riders are getting rape hard by fuking Uber

Most major car brands have fazed out their lowest base models.. For example, you won't see new Honda fit or Toyota Yaris anymore etc...

The cheapest good brand Honda civic (lowest base as of now) will cost you 28-29K+ after document fee, taxes, registration fee etc.. Several years ago you can get Honda Fit (lowest base back then) for 20k after all kinds of fees..

If you want a bigger car, just a little bigger, like just a CRV,,, dammmmm its going to be pricy $$$$

That is why car companies are making record profits. And we don't allow cheap car imports.

We're a long way from that. There's work to be done in organizing. First Ballot Question #3 has to pass and it looks like it will. Boston Globe endorsed it a couple days ago. Polls show it's favored. I'm sticking with the people who have done this for 100+ years and have the resources to see it through.

Thanks for the trajectory for people who have not been following.

Drivers need to pay installments on their new Highlanders, Honda Pilots and Kia SUVs.

Seriously I never understood why use these new fancy cars for Uber. I mean how many Uber Comfort and UberXL fares they get?
They don’t make any money. Not enough demand for even XL. They have to enable X rides and lose money. All of those idiots pay insane amounts of interest or rent(which is worse) since they’re fresh off the boat with no credit and now they’re taking 4.79$s desperately to make their monthly payments. I know many ppl like that. It’s over for those morons and I enjoy every single bit of it since they were the one who thought they could take a slice out of the pie instead of working hard labor jobs as they should. God I love their suffering.

And their next step is to get CDL and kill that market which’s already dead 😂😂 Imagine getting paid 0.60c per mile. That’s the rate for truck drivers. You’ll drive for 10 hrs and you’ll make 250 after taxes. It’s so over.

The notion of a general strike is a non-starter, too many drivers need the income.
However, a location boycott has a better chance of getting enough participants and drawing attention to the low-pay.
For example: No Logan pick-ups on Sundays.
Maybe try for cab driver participation, cabbies would like a raise too.

I suppose it would require drivers not to pickup the passenger who is going to Logan. Even if we could get the word out like they did with the tunnel closure such that passengers were anxious about it and talking about it.
Ya. Just stop all logan trips period. Not even just on Sundays. Just full stop. The problem will be when it surges like a ****, people will crack.
