Since you can drive rented vehicles that are owned by another company (e.g. Splend) I don't see how there would be a problem. Uber don't care who owns the vehicle, just that it meets the requirement. If you want to shift income to the partnership you could arrange to lease the vehicle from them as well.

 

As long as it not ex fleet vehicles or ex taxi. If Uber get a scent that it has been either then the vehicle is black listed.
