I usually go between 4 to 7 over, at all times, depending on the situation and the speed limit itself.

5-6:00 am on the highway I go with traffic flow. Sometimes it's 30 under, sometimes that's 20 over.

You go 20 over with a passenger in your vehicle? Brave.
