Just got a new version of Uber where they re-designed the menu system and "forms." I have to wonder how many wrecks are going to happen due to uber drivers having to figure out how to navigate the inconsistent menu system and redesign of the apps and where the buttons are. Holy shit.

Because they **** around with money up front fare of $104 but they try to pay me 18 bucks.. I'm getting sick and tired of their nonsense. Soon enough a lot of these kids will go back to school and the teachers will go back to school and maybe we can start making some money again.
You should be screencopying every ride. And when they figure out how to stop that... time to get a camera to take pics.
They have already figured out how to prevent you from screencopying the screen that shows your current destination mode.

Yeah, this new update is a total mess. All the functions needed to do this job are scattered randomly all over the place in different menus, with no rhyme or reason.

They should ask someone who knows good app desgn like Google to help them make a straightforward app that is simple and easy to use, and once they have that done then just leave it the Fk alone.
yeah... there is a home button... now the hamburger is on the bottom, you have to click the home to see the hamburger to get to the menu... I think... and there is a wierd big tile of the map.. that is actually just a tile and you have to click that to get to see the actual map.... instead of the actual map just being there.... I think..
And I swear... the logoff screen is just a huge **** YOU to the driver. NO... I DO NOT WANT TO PAY UBER TO GET MY MONEY a little faster... STOP NAGGING ME!!! but you have to tap to get rid of all that crap.
Also last night I started driving to a pickup and a few seconds in Uber popup said they gave the ride to another driver??? Lots of bugs...
but here's the thing...They have Millions to invest in their software. Millions. This is the core of what they do. So why is it so rotten and bad. One can only surmise that this is ON PURPOSE.. but to what end?
To top it off... the help menu is limited and it is hard to get a person... which basically (if the issue is not simple) it is useless.
