I have zero idea how the trip supplement works - I thought it might have been based on distance, then time, then time of day, then day of week ..... nothing seems to make any sense. On the same day within 15 minutes of each order and basically the same distances for each order I can get a trip supplement of .45 followed by a trip supplement of $1.69. Some are even higher. Maybe the supplement is higher for orders that have been rejected by other drivers? Any thoughts on how this works?

Trip supplement is depend on timely factors which comes with uber's techno money saver New game changer multitask computerized system that is in charge of covering orders which is time sensitive or delayed and need a driver immediately so they pay more enough to catch a fishy driver to cover critical order ASAP.

Other times uber' s new game playing computerized system will pay you money for peanuts because no busy and many drivers hanging around.

Multi task new smart uber pay system is exact programmed to make driver loser and derive money for uber as much as possible under wild capitalist none ethic vision.

I detailed all of our pay in another thread, but here is how TS works.

First there is a magic fee that is only for your market's min fee. It varies to get you to that minimum fee.

Second there is time to restaurant (it may be time and distance, I'm still not fully sure). Basically on day I had two trips that I was paid for exactly the same delivery time, and .01 difference in distance. One trip paid something like $2.50 more in the TS. Why because one was my first trip of the day, 4 miles to the restaurant 8 min to get there, the other was my last trip of the day, and I was sitting in their parking lot when it came in so no TS at all.

Finally there are a few of "one or more drivers cancelled/couldn't get someone to pickup fees. There is no way to tell, but I occasionally get a high TS with no other explanation, and they are usually at places notorious for long waits or difficult parking.

I think it also is for longer than expected delivery trips. I had a trip Sat., was estimated to pay like #$3.20 for little over three mile drop off. I got stopped by a train, so took another route and got backed up in traffic. Took almost 50 min. to deliver what would normally been 15 min.. I got paid almost double, and also got a 6.50 tip.
