Mayor from Florida IDK her name exactly were caught when her house got raided and alot of money were in the bank from settlements sitting making her monthly interest, I am sure you saw that news last month as everyone did, So basically what is going on with our system against Rideshare drivers is a global issue not only NY, Global threads have more potential reaching out to people versus domestic, Well I posted this in both places 7 hours ago. Hope these thieves get to see it

Although I'm not eligible for the cash settlement pay out in NY because I was not in the biz back in 2017, I am eligible for the minimum hourly wage of about $27, on Lyft and Uber, and for the paid sick leave benefits as well. I've been getting payments for the last 3 or 4 months....maybe a couple of hundred each time......I only work part time.....but it's all been working fine for me.....and I didn't have to do a damn thing to get it.
No complaints here.

wha happened running? answer, your minimum wage in NYC is 27$/hr? another question from your dum comment earlier, You already received 100$/wk from the hourly wage law? that poop isnt even in the settlement? even if you're not making minimum wage in NYC uber/lyft then should make it upto it and reimburse you the remaining amount under miscellaneous, with the lockouts in NYC you are collecting 100$/wk miscellaneous as per you? man are you fknnstupid or u think the entire community is? trash dum drivers like you with no knowledge is the reason all the drivers are called idiots

My hourly rate is $27 when I am on the way to a pick up or have a passenger in the car.....NOT when i am waiting. Basically, if I work an hour driving passengers and my total net for that hour is not $27, Uber makes up the difference. I also accrue $27/hour towards sick pay, which i can collect in four hour blocks.
