Tried to give my first ride today and got that message. Uber help shows my account up and running. Came home and downloaded the app to my tablet and got the the same result. Anyone know about this? T.I.A.

Thanks I will try that. I rented a car and Uber help both said they were in order otherwise the rental agreement wouldn't go through. Sound right?
